In the spirit of Mother’s Day, the May edition of Real Producers Magazine featured the Boss Moms of 2021! We were blessed to photograph these extraordinary people and learn about their journeys and successes. If you’re looking for some inspiration, this month’s issue isn’t one you want to miss!
Bridget Potterton
Bridget’s ambitious real estate career began when one of her clients at her previous job wanted to hire her full-time to manage their new real estate company. She tried it out with her mother’s encouragement and is still in the industry eighteen years later! She credits her parents for pushing her out of her comfort zone while being there to support her. Bridget and her husband hope that their daughter, Summer, follows in their footsteps of playing soccer and getting involved in real estate!
Jodilynn Kim
Jodilynn became inspired to work in real estate when her realtor sold her first home with a baby on her hip and a toddler in tow. She understands that purchasing real estate is one of her client’s biggest purchases/sales of their life, and she works hard to build trust with them and guide them through the process. Her career allows her to be incredibly involved in her children’s lives, as they get to meet her clients, and she can spend time volunteering in their classrooms.
Kimberly Koll
Ever since starting her real estate career, Kimberly hit the ground running with business coaches, mentors, and networking events. Juggling work and motherhood can get tricky as her husband, Brian, goes on Navy deployments. She’s created a team of 5-6 people who help her handle different aspects of her career and life. She focuses just as much on her inner game as her outer game! Her kids are involved in her career, and she makes sure her client events center around her kids’ interests.
Sarah Haliburton
After working as the Chief Marketing Officer of a national non-profit, Sarah decided to transition from marketing into real estate. She credits her grit and amazing mentors to helping her build a successful career and reach her dreams. Her team allows her to double production while spending plenty of time with her family. She loves spending time with her kids and showing them what hard work, determination, and resilience can achieve. She plans on writing a book to empower her children through the tough times in their lives!
Michelle Warner
Michelle finds a lot of success in connecting and listening to her clients to determine their needs and placing them in the perfect home. She enjoys hiking, playing sports, playing cards, and chatting with her family. Being recognized by her peers is always a proud moment in her career as she enjoys impacting others. Michelle hopes to teach her daughters never to give up and work hard towards their goals!
Denise Chaves
Denise acts as a granny, nanny, daycare, and real estate agent! When her children first started entering high school, she found more time on her hands and was ready to re-enter the workforce. She needed something that was flexible so she could stay involved in her kids’ lives. Ever since then, she’s found joy in her career, helping others with life’s momentous transitions. She even started her own business, Hard-Point Painting, along with her husband and children! Her real estate experience allowed her to teach them how to give each client the attention they deserve and succeed as a high-quality option. When being a mother, grandmother, real estate agent, and business owner all at once, she’s learned a lot about balance!
Maryam Habashi
Even as far back as kindergarten, it’s been clear that Maryam was born a leader. She grew up watching her mother climb up the corporate ladder, overcoming all odds with her hard work, positive mindset, and intelligent decisions. Maryam has always been attracted to leadership roles, going from entry-level to CEO and president, representing fortune 500 and 100 companies. She always tries to help others succeed, even when it’s her competition! Maryam does this because she cares about making a difference in people’s lives. After achieving tremendous success in her corporate career, she decided to pursue her dream of coaching others, as her inner passion is developing leaders and salespeople.
