In 2013, Michelle left her position as Deputy City Attorney to pursue her dream of raising her three boys while working alongside her husband in his thriving real estate business. As a San Diego native, Michelle has extensive knowledge of different San Diego neighborhoods. Her relatable, outgoing personality, combined with her analytical, negotiating, and professional skills honed in the courtroom and now applied to real estate transactions, make Michelle a dynamic agent! Danielle Balestra
Calling San Diego home for over ten years has made Danielle a passionate and important part of Team Kolker as their Buyer’s Agent. She has been with the team since 2015 and loves helping buyers with her diverse knowledge of San Diego neighborhoods and the different lifestyles they provide. Heather Wendland
With over a decade of experience investing in real estate in San Diego, Heather is eager to share her expertise with her clients. Jeremey Henley

“To contractors, we’re the best salesman because we bring them deals that have already been sold. They don’t have to do anything except go complete the work,” Jeremey says. “For the agents or buyers and sellers, we get them what they need right then and there, which is a really detailed, consistent, very accurate quote that they can use to negotiate their transaction.”

Carlos Gutierrez
Mike and I also had the honor of photographing Carlos Gutierrez with his wife Jeanette and his four-year-old daughter, Bella! Carlos’s first claim to fame was his role as the San Diego State University mascot, Mont Montezuma, for over 13 years. From there, he went to the radio business, spending another decade selling radio airtime for some of San Diego’s Spanish-speaking radio giants! After that, Carlos decided to go for a change by giving the real estate business a try. Today, Carlos is one of San Diego’s top-ranked agents! He recently ranked 6th place out of around 17,000 agents!
