We’ll provide you with package details and a contract.
You will make a payment to secure your date.
You will sign the contract agreeing to our awesomeness 🙂
Then the fun begins and we help you nail down every detail no matter how small or big your time is with us.
Not sure if you want photos of the cocktail hour or just the speeches? We will help with that too! Not sure if you want unedited video or a 2-3 minute recap? We got you!
Payments are an option and final payments should be received 30 days PRIOR.
Event…….
By now we are friends! It’s our opportunity to serve you and make everything go as smoothly as possible for your, your guest and co-workers 🙂
We will be checking all the details to make sure every everyone is comfortable, every tie is straight, lipstick is fresh and everyone looks AND feels their best! Your guest will be confident that we would only
take photos of them looking GREAT!
If you need anything, just ask!
Need more time with us? No problem! We will let you know when our time is almost up and if you think you will miss us too much, just say so! We’d be happy to stay!
After…….
We will be so excited to start working on your images / video that we will get started right away!
You may get a sneak peak here and there 🙂
Your photos and video will be delivered no later than 90 days for events. You might even see them before that (wink, wink).
We will keep in touch with you every step of the way to let you know how it’s going. We might even share some sneak peaks on social media 🙂
ALL your images will be fully edited and video will be made according to your vision.
Your images will be delivered in a digital format for you to download as many times as you want on as many devices as you like PLUS a personalized app for your smart phone.
Products designed / ordered as purchased and delivered timely.
You will invite us to your next friends and family BBQ 🙂 or corporate event because you’ve missed us so.
We’ll stay in touch and when you need more photos/video we are only a phone call away. 🙂
